Who We Are
Nulara develops AI-powered solutions for the Digital Product Passport. We help manufacturing companies and supply chains navigate the complexity of EU regulations like ESPR, CSRD, and the Battery Regulation.
Our approach: Instead of generic consulting or rigid software, we combine deep regulatory understanding with modern AI technology. The result is a platform that adapts to your processes – not the other way around.
Our Story – How It All Began
We – Bilal, Eray, and Adrian – have been friends since childhood. In 2020, we graduated from high school together. After that, our paths diverged: different studies, different jobs, different industries.
But we stayed in touch. Regular conversations about work, challenges, and observations. Over time, a pattern emerged: No matter which company, which industry – everyone was struggling with the same problem.
The Digital Product Passport was coming. Everyone knew it. But practical implementation? Fragmented data across dozens of systems. Manual Excel chaos. Uncertainty about what exactly needed to be reported. And solutions that were either too expensive, too inflexible, or simply didn't exist.
We asked ourselves: Why is there no solution that actually works? One that integrates data automatically, understands regulations, and makes sense for mid-sized companies?
That question became Nulara.
The Founding of Nulara
In October 2025, we founded Nulara with a clear goal: to provide companies with a technically sound, regulatory-compliant, and economically viable solution for the Digital Product Passport.
Foundation
Nulara is founded. First prototypes for automated data integration.

Intensive exchanges with manufacturing companies to understand real requirements.
Agentic DataOps
Development of AI agents that autonomously collect and standardize product data.

First pilot projects with companies in the DPP environment.

COO
Professional experience at Arrow Electronics. Completed degree. Focus on operations, industrial processes, and implementation. Adrian knows how industry actually works.
